Terms of Service

Last updated [DATE] · Effective [DATE]

The short version. We supply trained human assistants who work on tasks you send us. You keep a weekly balance topped up, starting at $75 a week. Unused balance rolls over while your account is open. You own the work we produce for you. We keep what you send us confidential. Either side can end the arrangement with notice. Top-ups are not automatically refundable — refund requests are reviewed case by case by our support team. The full text below governs; this box does not.

1. Who you are contracting with

crash.gg is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in [JURISDICTION] under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. In these terms "we", "us" and "crash.gg" mean that company. "You" means the business entering into this agreement.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. By submitting the signup form, signing our service agreement, or sending us a task, you accept them.

2. What the service is

We provide trained human assistants who carry out business support tasks on your instructions. Depending on your account this may include inbox and calendar management, data entry, document handling, research, list building and customer correspondence.

Our assistants work from the Philippines. They are real people, not software. Where our marketing says work is done by hand, it is done by hand.

Two things we want to be plain about:

3. Eligibility and your account

4. Top-ups, deposits and balance

The service runs on a prepaid weekly balance.

Minimum top-up$75 per week. This is the smallest amount we take on, and it is stated on our signup form before you submit it.
Billing dayYour account refills on the same day each week, agreed when you sign up.
Changing the amountYou can scale your weekly amount up or down at any time, subject to the $75 minimum. Changes take effect from your next billing day.
RolloverBalance you do not use rolls over to the following week for as long as your account is open and in good standing.
DepositSome accounts start with a deposit. Where one applies it is agreed in writing before you pay it, and it counts toward your balance rather than sitting separately.
RefundsTop-ups and deposits are not automatically refundable. A top-up reserves assistant capacity for that week, which we commit whether or not you use it. Refund requests are reviewed individually by our support team — see Billing and Refunds.

Payment is taken by our payment processor, [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply, which will be added where required.

If a payment fails we will tell you and may pause work on your account until the balance is restored. Full detail on refunds, pausing and cancellation is on our Billing and Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

5. Submitting tasks

6. Our standards and getting it wrong

We will carry out your tasks with reasonable skill and care, using people suited to the work.

People make mistakes. If we deliver something wrong or incomplete, tell us within [N] days and we will redo it at our cost. If redoing it is not sensible, we will credit the balance the task consumed. This is the primary remedy we offer for defective work, and we would rather fix something than argue about it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use crash.gg, and may not ask an assistant to:

If we believe your account is being used for any of the above we may suspend it immediately while we look into it.

8. Ownership of work

Work our assistants produce for you is yours. On payment, we assign to you all rights we hold in the deliverables created specifically for you under your instructions.

Two carve-outs, both ordinary:

9. Confidentiality and your data

We treat what you send us as confidential. We will not disclose it except to the assistants and staff who need it to do your work, or where the law requires us to.

Our assistants and staff are bound by confidentiality obligations as a condition of working with us.

How we handle personal data — what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you and your contacts have — is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, the terms in that policy and any data processing agreement we sign with you apply.

10. Access to your systems

Some tasks require access to your inbox, tools or accounts. Where that is the case:

11. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time, with [N] days' notice before your next billing day. Cancelling stops future top-ups. It does not by itself refund balance you are already carrying — that is dealt with on the Billing and Refunds page, and you can ask us to review it.

We may end or suspend the agreement if you breach these terms, if payment fails and is not fixed after we ask, or on [N] days' notice for any other reason. If we end it for convenience rather than for something you did, we will refund your unused balance.

On termination we will return or delete your material in line with our Privacy Policy and any agreement we have signed with you.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give you at least [N] days' notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before it does. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.

14. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, please raise the problem with us directly. Most things get sorted with a conversation, and we would rather have that conversation than a legal one.

15. How to reach us

Questions about these terms go to [LEGAL EMAIL], or by post to [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Other ways to reach a person are on our Contact page.
