Not an intro rate and not a starter discount. It is the smallest week we can actually staff.

Below it we are not a fit, and we would rather say so here than take the money and disappoint you.

is A top-up. It lands in your balance and stays yours until work draws on it.
is not A fee that vanishes whether you use it or not. Nothing is consumed by the calendar.

The top-up recurs. That part is in the contract.

It is not a wallet you refill when you remember. Same amount, same day, every week.

Some accounts start with a deposit. It counts toward your balance — it is not a fee, and you spend it like any other dollar.

You can move the amount up for a heavy stretch or down for a lighter one. What you cannot do is skip.

A quiet week costs you nothing extra. Whatever you do not spend stays in your balance and is there next week. Nothing expires, there is no clock on it, and there are no points to lose. // we are not selling you a gym membership.
why does it have to be weekly?

These are hired people on long-term seats. Not capacity you rent by the hour from a pool that quietly restaffs itself between your projects.

Hiring assistants at this level is expensive and slow, and the good ones stay for years. We cannot take someone on for your busy month and let them go in your quiet one — and we would not want to work anywhere that did.

So the commitment runs both ways. Yours is a weekly top-up. Ours is that the same person, who already knows your accounts, is still there next month.

Our team

Meet them before you hire them.

Our assistants are grouped into three areas, and each area has a lead assistant who runs it and answers for the work. They record their own intro — their name, their specialties and their years of experience, in their own words. Our assistants work from the Philippines, so your overnight becomes their working day.
