Beta crash.gg is in open beta. Our three assistant leads are on the team page; the rest of the roster is still being onboarded, so most intro clips are not recorded yet. Meet the leads →
High-skilled virtual assistants

Humans don't crash.

crash.gg pairs your team with vetted, high-skilled assistants for the work AI can't do: messy data entry, real phone calls, judgment calls, relentless follow-up. Submit a task and a dedicated agent picks it up within the hour.

Human-only work

The work AI can't do.

If a bot could do it well, you would not need us. We take the tasks that need hands, judgment, and occasionally a phone voice.

Messy data entry

Handwritten forms, scanned faxes, crooked PDFs, legacy portals with two-factor prompts. Where OCR gives up, our specialists get it right by hand, then check it twice.

Real phone calls

Disputing an invoice, chasing a permit office, booking the fully booked. Some tasks only close when a human stays on hold until they win.

Judgment calls

Refund or escalate? Urgent or noise? Decisions with real stakes get a named owner who can defend the call, not a confidence score.

Chasing people

Vendors, signatures, approvals, that one person who never replies. Polite, persistent follow-up until an actual human actually answers.

Inbox & calendar

Triage, drafting, scheduling, follow-ups. You see the five emails that matter; we sweat the other two hundred without leaking a word.

trusted, not trained on

Research with taste

Vendor comparisons and market scans by someone who can smell a fake review, a padded quote, and a copy-pasted answer.

The most reliable part of your stack has a pulse.

We run our people the way you run your infrastructure: monitored queues, response-time SLAs, named owners on every task. The only crash here is the domain name.

The arrangement

You top up weekly. Nothing goes to waste.

One simple contract and a weekly balance you control. What you do not spend stays yours.

Sign a simple contract

We scope your workload together and set a weekly top-up amount that fits it. Some accounts start with a deposit; it keeps the commitment real on both sides and counts toward your balance.

one agreement, no surprises

Top up every week

The weekly top-up is part of the contract, not an optional extra. Your assistant is a hired person on a long-term seat — we cannot take them on for a good month and let them go in a quiet one, so the commitment has to run both ways.

same day each week

Unused balance rolls over

A quiet week does not cost you anything. Whatever you do not spend stays in your balance and is there the next week. Scale the amount up for a heavy sprint or down for a lighter one, any time.

nothing expires

Tasks draw from the balance

Submit a task, set a budget for it, and you are billed for the hours the work actually took. The budget is a ceiling for that task, not a target — the rest goes back to your balance.

Get started

Put a human on it.

Leave your work email and one of our team will reach out to scope your workload, set your weekly top-up, and get your first task matched within the hour.

1 · What would you hand off first?
2 · Roughly how much of it, per week?
Our plans start at $75 per week. That is the smallest weekly top-up we take on. Unused balance rolls over, and you can scale the amount up or down any week. so nobody's time gets wasted on the call
3 · Which weekly top-up fits your budget?
work email only, no free inboxes. that is how we know which company we are talking to.
weekly top-ups · deposit may apply · balance rolls over · matched within the hour
Our team

Meet them before you hire them.

Our assistants are grouped into three areas, and each area has a lead assistant who runs it and answers for the work. They record their own intro — their name, their specialties and their years of experience, in their own words. Our assistants work from the Philippines, so your overnight becomes their working day.

Beta These three leads are who we are introducing first. The crash.gg staff behind them are not featured here yet, and the wider assistant roster is still being onboarded. A card with no clip yet means that lead has not filmed one — we would rather show you the empty frame than a stock photo.

// three seats. each lead records their own intro.
